After checkout, you will receive an email with a secure download link. It usually arrives within a minute. If you do not see it, check your spam folder.
What format is the file? Can I print it?
Each card is a high-resolution SVG — scalable to any size without losing quality. Print on Letter (8.5×11 in) or A4 paper at any size you like. Works in any modern browser, Preview, Photoshop, Canva, etc.
Is my payment safe?
Yes. All payments go through Stripe, the same processor used by major retailers. We never see or store your card information.
Can I get a refund?
If a file is broken, you were charged twice, or you never got the email — yes. See the refund policy for full details.
I lost my download email. Can you resend it?
