Refund Policy

Eligibility

This shop sells digital files that arrive in the buyer's inbox the moment a purchase clears. Because of this, refunds are issued only in the limited cases below, and only within fourteen days of the original order date.

Cases that qualify

Within fourteen days, a full refund will be returned to the original payment method when any of the following applies:

  • The file received is broken, blank, or visibly different from the artwork shown on the product page;
  • A double charge appears on the buyer's statement for the same order;
  • The download confirmation email never arrived even though the address provided at checkout was correct;
  • A monthly subscription renewed unexpectedly within the same billing period (full refund of the latest renewal);
  • A lifetime purchase was made and the buyer changed their mind before downloading any file (case-by-case).

Cases that do not qualify

  • Inability to open the file in older or unsupported software (the product page lists supported formats);
  • Requests received more than fourteen days after the order;
  • Subscription periods that have already begun — refunds are not pro-rated. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current period remains active until its end date.

EU and UK customers — right of withdrawal

By completing checkout and downloading a file, the buyer expressly consents to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledges that the statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is therefore lost once download begins. The fourteen-day window described above is granted voluntarily by the shop and applies in the cases listed.

Subscriptions — how to cancel

Monthly memberships renew automatically on the same date each month until cancelled. To cancel:

  • Open the order email or member welcome email and follow the customer portal link;
  • Or reply to either email within fourteen days of any unwanted renewal for a refund of that renewal.

Library access remains active until the end of the paid period.

Asking for a refund

Reply to the order email within the fourteen-day window, mention the order ID printed at the top, and write a sentence or two describing the problem. Most refund requests are answered within two business days, and refunded amounts return to the original card or account within five to ten business days, depending on the issuing bank.

Please email first before disputing through your bank — chargebacks involve fees and delays for both sides, and a direct refund is faster for everyone.

Merchant of record

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Inc., the merchant of record for these transactions. Paddle handles billing, tax remittance, invoicing, and refunds on behalf of the shop. Refunded amounts return through Paddle's billing system to the original payment method.
